Any idea much meet the following qualifications for starting a new ministry.

The ministry idea must be biblically sound
The ministry idea must be enhance the reputation of ICA
The ministry idea must not raise funds
The ministry idea must meet needs within the "Body" of ICA
The ministry idea must be transferable to other churches
The ministry idea must be led by a leadership team
The leader and the leadership team must attend ICA and have completed CLASS 401
