Is it not to share your food with the hungry and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter – when you see the naked, to clothe him, and not to turn away from your own flesh and blood Then your light will break forth like the dawn, and your healing will quickly appear; then your righteousness will go before you, and the glory of the Lord will be your rear guard. Then you will call, and the Lord will answer; you will cry for help, and he will say: Here am I. - Isaiah 58:7-9
Care & Share ministry was founded upon the above scripture in Isaiah and reflects the ICA slogan "A Church That Cares." Our mission is to mobilize ICA church members to care for the needy in Hong Kong. We organize outreach events every year to minister Christ's love to those in orphanages, correctional centres, the elderly, the physically disabled, and those in need. In addition, we organize clothing, food and toy collections to meet the needs of the organizations we minister to.
